What is Shocking Arts?

Shocking Arts is an independent filmmaking collective built on the foundation for the love of the arts, storytelling, and cinema. Based in Kansas City, it first started out as a local production company that evolved into a smaller, more personal creative venture and voice.

Today, our focus is making films we believe in. In doing so, we bring together friends, artists, and collaborators whenever a story seeks to be told.
